Who We Are
Formerly known as Green Sunday School, Inc., we are a multi-generational church that values the entire family. We offer the good news that faith in Jesus Christ alone opens the door to a personal relationship with God and a holy life empowered by His Spirit for witness, service, and assurance of eternal life in Heaven.
Our Goal
° Our goal is to reach out to those who do not know Jesus Christ and connect them with the Family of God.
° Energize believers to spiritual growth through discovering and using their spiritual gifts.
° Provide a wholesome atmosphere in which people can join together in magnifying God.
Our Beliefs
We believe in one God who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is the Savior of all who put their faith in Him alone for eternal life. We believe that those who receive new life in Jesus Christ are called to be holy in character and conduct, and can so live by being filled with the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible to be the inerrant Word of God and we seek to establish our faith and actions upon its teachings. We believe that it is God's primary desire that all people come to Him for forgiveness of their sins and adoption into His family.
Our Purpose
° Our purpose is to Reach people with the love of God.
° Connect people with His Church.
° Encourage them to Grow in Faith and Service.
° Provide an atmosphere in which to Magnify God.
The style of worship at Green is a mix of traditional and contemporary music. Many in our congregation have a love for the older hymns and choruses of the church, yet often we will add in some of the wonderful, more contemporary praise and worship music that is available today.
Everyone is welcome at any and all of our services and activities.
